Chad'z Nintendo Collection (2013)

I was a huge Nintendo NES fan as a kid and I never stopped playing it, even in high school, college or when I was in the navy. These aren't the same games I've had from my childhood. I've actually bought and sold several NES collections over the years, but once I got off active duty I really started to build it up again. I do have a few Super Nintendo games and even a couple N64 and GameBoy games (the original), but for me the 8-bit NES will always be my video game console of choice.

You can see a list of ALL my video games here:

Arcadie | Chad'z Smartphone Accessories Reviews #3

Yet ANOTHER video game peripheral device for the iPhone (sorry, Android users). I got thinks on, though after doing some research it appears this is some sort of British invention and is mostly sold in the UK and Europe with only two online stores selling in America.

Anyway, it's MEANT to be a tiny little arcade cabinet and is obviously going for the retro feel by having old 1970s and 1980s arcade games (which are free) as their library. It should be noted that this ONLY plays their games and those games can ONLY be played using the Arcadie. Is it any good? Watch the review to find out.

Chad'z Atari 2600 Collection (2013)

It's been four years since I last showed you my collection of Atari 2600 (and a few 7800) games and console(s). Though it hasn't changed much since 2009, at least you'll get to see it in hi-def widescreen this time!

Here's a Google Doc list of all my games:

Ion iCade Mobile | Chad'z Smartphone Accessories Reviews #2

I like to play video games on my phone, as I bet a lot of people do. The problem is it's hard to play action games since there's no control pad or buttons. Well with the Ion iCade Mobile that problem is solved (in theory, at least). I take a look at this device that essentially turns your smartphone into a PSP or other such portable gaming console.

Check out the list of all the compatible iCade games here:

Chad'z Graphic Novel and Trade Paperback Collection (2013)

It's only been two and a half years since I last showed you this collection, but I thought it was worth an update video. I think I'm actually a bigger fan of comics in the graphic novel and TPB format than in individual monthly "floppies."

Here's a complete list of all my graphic novels and TPBs:

ThinkGeek's Joystick-It | Chad'z Smartphone Accessories Reviews #1

Welcome to the debut episode of "Chad'z Smartphone Accessories Reviews." On this show I'll be taking a journalistic/consumer reports approach and reviewing smartphone products to see if they're worth your money or not. I'm not giving 1-10 grades on this show; just thumbs up or down.

In this episode we look at the "Joystick-It Mobile Smartphone Arcade Stick" by (available for sale here: )
This is something I've wanted for a long time in hopes it would make playing video games on my phone easier. But will it? Watch the review and find out!

Chad'z Comic Book Collection (2013)

I last showed you my comic book collection in 2009, and I've gotten a TON of requests to make an updated video. Since it's a new year one of my resolutions was to re-make all these collection videos. So here you go: my complete COMIC BOOK collection.

NOTE: We'll do an entirely separate video just on the bookshelf full of graphic novels and trade paperbacks.

Chad Tries.... the McDonald's "McManly" burger

What a way to start off the new year - by trying another do-it-yourself food combination at McDonald's! This particular item was recommended to me by youtuber "Graph180" so thanks man! I told my friend Chuck Miller about it and he said he wanted to try it with me. Chuck is the one that beat me to the "McLand, Sea & Air" burger and challenged me to try it.

As far as I can tell, the "McManly" is not as popular as the "McGangbang" and the other off-the-menu/do-it-yourself items, so perhaps Chuck and I will get the ball rolling on this one. The "rules" don't seem to be as clear cut as the other burgers so basically all you have to do is combine the McRib with any of the three McAngus burgers with a bed of fries between the meat patties.

I'm challenging Chuck Roland of Wreckless Eating and Brad Jones AKA "The Cinema Snob" to try this!
