Homebrew 16, Part 1: Brewing

It's been a long time since I posted a brew day video. For this homebrew, I'm actually brewing the exact same kit as my first-ever homebrew almost two years ago. Well, I made a couple changes to it. The original kit came with Galena and Northern Brewer hops, but I swapped them out for four 1oz packets of Centennial hops. I'm also going to dry hop with Centennial as well.

Here's the recipe:
MASH (140 degrees for 20 minutes):
1lb Maris Otter Pale malt

BOIL (60 MINUTES):
6.6lbs Northwestern Gold LME
30 minutes 1 tsp Irish Moss
15 minutes 0.5 tsp Yeast Energizer

HOPS:
60 minutes 1oz Centennial
15 minutes 2oz Centennial
5 minutes 1oz Centennial

DRY HOPS:
1oz Centennial

YEAST:
White Labs WLP001 (liquid, 1 vial)
Starter: 2/3 cup DME, 3 cups water

WATER:
5 gallons unfiltered Albany tap water
